The room where zero emission gets real.
The deadlines are close and most of the industry is not ready. The ZEB Summit is where the people who have to deliver zero-emission building, in Ireland and beyond, work out how. Founded and run by Mosart, with Dublin City Council.
The deadline is closer than the industry thinks.
We started the ZEB Summit because the dates are real and most of the sector is not ready for them. It is the one room where the people who have to deliver zero emission, the regulators, designers, builders and manufacturers, work it out together.

Not another conference.
The summitThe ZEB Summit launched in 2024 and has quickly become the meeting point for zero-emission building on these islands. It is hosted by Mosart and delivered with Dublin City Council as main event partner.
Across three stages, Irish and international speakers work through regulation, design, delivery and verified performance. The 2026 programme runs on two threads, Proof, Policy and the Path to Zero and Retrofit, Performance and People. Every session is grounded in real projects and measured data. It is built for senior decision-makers, not for browsing a trade floor.
Architects, engineers, developers, local authorities, housing bodies, manufacturers and policymakers, from Ireland, the UK, the US and mainland Europe. Senior people with buildings to deliver.
Mosart founded and runs the Summit. Dublin City Council is main event partner, with the Council pointing to its “key role to play in embedding innovation and sustainability” across the sector.

Why does zero-emission building matter now?
The deadlines are close. From 2028 every new public building in the EU must be a Zero Emission Building and whole-life carbon reporting becomes mandatory. From 2030 the same applies to every new building, public and private. Buildings account for roughly 40 percent of energy-related carbon emissions, so the standard is where the number moves. Much of the construction sector is not yet ready, which is why Mosart founded the Summit.
Who attends the ZEB Summit?
Senior decision-makers across the built environment: architects, engineers, developers, local authorities, housing bodies, manufacturers, sustainability professionals and policymakers. The audience is both Irish and international, with attendees from Ireland, the UK, the US and mainland Europe.
