Mosart’s urban design strategy focused on creating strong community identity through open space planning. The site is anchored by three distinct parks: a central neighbourhood park with pond and play areas, a pine woodland with allotments and active recreation, and a civic courtyard at the heart of the commercial zone.
The masterplan delivers a gateway plaza framed by mixed-use buildings and three-storey residential blocks. Designed for community interaction, the plaza includes shared public realm features.
