Seven Mills is a brand new town taking shape beside the Grand Canal, between Clondalkin and Lucan in Dublin 22. One of the most exciting large-scale developments in Dublin, it will consist of over 5,500 homes and accommodate a population of around 15,000, similar in size to Maynooth.
